Would they be feasable transfer options/targets for United this summer?
Both played well against spain last night and both are quite versatile.
Moutinho being more box to box with Veloso being able to play at full back or in midfield.
Both have been linked before and both have champions league experience.
Just a thought.......
Moutinho And Veloso??

Seems like James Robson spotted what we did
That said, and i may make this article totally invalid by asking this, but am i the only one who thinks a fully fit Ando can do exactly the same????

Moutinho is nothing special and against spain we did not stand out. He is not a great passer, dribbler, crosser or tackler or defender. He is a jack of all trades master of none. Veloso will be a poor mans roy keane, moutinho is no better than cleverley or anderson. He only looks good because he is not with the club.

Problem is, and i`m going to look like a hypocrite cos i`ve beaten the Ando drum long and hard for as long as i can remember, he`s rarely fit! And he, like Cleverley, is work in progress.
Moutinho on the other hand has a proven track record in the portuguese league and at international level.
The bottom line is, we need someone today whilst the ones for tomorrow develop.

Lol... Sgt so your point is even though you cannot say moutinho is that much better than what we have he has a track record so its ok?
The difference between moutinho and our players is fitness. He has stayed fit for a yr or so (which is not to say his fitness record is anything to write about) and develped consistency. Who is to know of how fit he will be under the eyes of our wonderful physios? If we are going to by an undersized, underpaced midfielder, he better be effing damn good. Moutinho is average.
