Am I the only one who feels Ronaldo's freekicks aren't quite what they used to be. Although his free-kicks still get the same amount of hype as they used to, I believe he used to be much more efficient a few years ago. At United I remember him hitting the target more often than he has done for Portugal and Real Madrid over the last year or so. It seems as if he goes more for power these days instead of placement.
Maybe it's because of the increased expectation and scrutiny with everyone expecting him to score each time now. What are your thoughts?
P.S. Anyone got any stats to prove this one way or the other?

When he was at United, he said he practicesed them after training everyday, now he says he only practicses them once a week.
At madrid, he doesnt take all the free kicks, far from it. Alonso and Ozil take their fair share. At United., he took every single one that was within 35 yards.

His freekicks have never been good. Most of them were downright wasteful.

He's scored 40 in his career thus far, on average, that's 5/6 a season.
I doubt many players in the top league have managed that
in fact, since Ronaldo left us, I think we've scored a grand total of 3 direct free kicks in 3 seasons
