Just quoting from the BBC website Skrtel has said:
"There is also speculation about my exit from Liverpool but I can say that there was no offer on the table yet and we didn't hold talks with any club."
The interesting part is 'no offer on the table yet' - it may just be a turn of phrase that he uses, but is there a club tracking him who have shown interest?
I may be well behind here and could be common knowledge someone is looking at him, or it could just be me reading too much into the articulation of his point that he is not looking at any offers.

Looking at the original source (Skrtel Website), it has a long blurb dedicating Skrtel's future to Liverpool. And below is the full quote;

Fair enough - either way I still can't decide whether he wants to stay or not. He could have phrased it in more definite prose that he did.

All along Skrtel was saying he wanted to stay and improve but then a bunch of people turned on Liverpools player of the season last year saying if he wanted to betray the club and instead deciding to listen to the rubbish on twitter and in all the newspapers.
