I am suggesting that Owen has not been class for a long time yes. This is because, in part he was injured a lot.

If you're not playing you can't be class. If you play 34 league games in 6 years you're not class. If everyone outside Arsenal can see this then it's true.

So tell me this. If a player is unable to play what difference does their ability make. I played against a guy who used to play fr the army the other week. He was about 50 but still had his touch. Could not run though. IS he class? Is Pele? Is Le Tiss?

No. That's because physically they cannot play. If you can't play then you're not any use as a footballer. Gibbs could be the fittest lad on Earth and you could not say he is class over 34 games. But he's not.
