BBC reporter also confirming Celtic did not abstain.

er, yeah. He refused to commit to sanctioning Rangers' punishment, preferring to wait and see how everyone else voted. That way everyone can speculate forever on how he'd have voted in different circumstances.

At least we don't have to put up with anymore Celtic fans telling us the diddy teams love Rangers really. The diddy teams had the balls to declare their position, and say that they wanted Rangers out the SPL.
