Mackail Smith was actually bought from a club in the same div as Peterborough United- Unless 'The Posh' establish themselves in this division it stands too reason that they aren't going to attract too many players from it (like Burnley & Blackpool when they reached the Prem)

Mackail Smith had only played non league football prior to playing for Posh, at the time of signing (Jan 2007) Dagenham & Redbridge were non leagueplayingthere first game in the football league in August 2007.


We have a formula that is not putting the club in any financial danger, yet still producing some quality footballers.
