All Arsenal fans should forgive RVP.
He has done nothing wrong
He just wants to go somewhere where he can warm the bench, put in a few sub appearances and collect some winners medals.
Arsenal can not provide this for him
So forgive and forget
Let bygones be bygones
What say you?
Arsenal fans should forgive RVP

How can you be grateful that he has stuck it to the club and stopped us getting any decent fee on his transfer? By all means be happy about him exposing what you view as a lack of ambition. But do not defend him slapping the face of the club and manager that stood by him in all his busted/broken time, just as he's going out the door. He owed Wenger and the club the common courtesy of keeping his mouth shut and allowing us to at least negociate a half decent deal for him.
Personally I say he owed more and should have signed a new contract then let us list him come Jan. Part of the reason we've never signed a top end striker is because AW put his faith in RVP returning to fitness and staying fit. He let us down season after season. He's got no right questioning ambitions when his personal culpability for our not winning a trophy is so massive. If he'd have been able to keep his glass footed self of the physio couch when we had Nasri and Fabregas and back when Arshavin was playing well, we'd have won trophies already. It's HIS fault we had to use Bendtner and play Arshavin as a lone striker. He's bang out of order.

Definitely the second. He's screwed us the way he's done this and after all that Wenger has done for him, it's an unforgivable disgrace.
He's a little

I don't see how it's RVP's fault for getting injured, however if Wenger was more cut throat like SAF he may not be at the club or be the 2nd striker!

What does RvP owe Arsenal?
Because he has had the misfortune of previously being injured, he should therefore morally be required to sign a new contract???
A player of RvP’s quality should have more than one FA cup winner’s medal (seven years ago) in his Arsenal trophy cabinet, (unless we start to count Emirates Cups)
Is he likely to win a CL, PL at Arsenal in the remaining 3/4 years of his career.
Can’t see it.

You idiots who think anyone suggesting arsenal are in bad shape at the moment and lack RVPs ambition are wind up merchants or spurs fans are as deluded as wenger and the board!!! No one is saying do 'a leeds' but arsenal are one of the richest clubs in the world and could spend more on players of quality, that is a fact. Also wenger has has wasted alot of money lately on very average/bad players...chamack, park young for £7 mill...has he even played?! (is he wengers bebe?!), bendtner, squilacci, santos, denilson, gervinho etc etc etc...newcastle have taken over as the team who identify cheap, young, french/african players now...surely it is time for a change? I have many arsenal fans as mates and they are all sick of the same rubbish year after year...(These guys are real arsenal fans who understand that the club existed and were succesful before wenger arrived, some clowns on here talk about the club as if wenger invented it in the late 90's!!!)

Not angry, just making a point that needs to be made. I also find it amazing that all some people can come up with is...'must be a wum'...there are a lot of brainwashed fans out there! (Thought I'd added my name, I'll do that now...)

@Wengersbodyguard2
I am grateful because it may very well shake the club and some fans into realising we have to change to start winning again.
The slow degradation of our club over the last few years has been so frustrating.
If it takes a jolt that hurts (it has to in order to be effective), then so be it.
Replied to your comment today after seeing a brilliant goal by RVP. It REALLY hurt seeing him score that type of goal in THOSE colours. I hope it hurt every Arsenal fan just as much and that we all realise the status quo is a road to nowhere.
