Lewandowski is the answer.

Of all the strikers I saw at the Euro's this guy impresses me the most - he has pace, skill, control and the ability to score spectacular goals.

He would be the perfect replacement to RVP, and at 23 could even turn out better than RVP at a club like Arsenal.

The stories are starting to surface that we are in for him - lets hope they are true...

The most impressive striker at euros was balotelli.

I think not.

Stevan Jovetic and Robert Lewandowski are both being mentioned today...

Jovetic would be brilliant, a wide forward, very skillful and direct, tricky and unpredictable in the same way as Gervinho but technically better and a far better finisher.

However I think he would cost 25 million or more. Would love him though, then we could play Podolski through the middle too.

Doesnt score enough goals.

We dont need a wide forward, we need a goalscorer who can also create.

No, we just need another striker and a proper playmaker. Maybe we can't afford Jovetic and a top CAM, but who do have in mind as a 'creative goalscorer'?

In reality IF either club were to entertain selling Lewandowski or Jovetic naturally there would be no shortage of takers.

On the face of it there's no reason financially why Arsenal should not throw their hat in the ring. On the flipside it'd be very 'un Arsenal-like', especially if and when the heady bidding wars commence.

Unfortunately I think a move for either actually materialising is nestled snugly in the 'unlikely' bracket...

Lewandowski creates goals and scores them. he holds the ball up as well as anyone i have seen, has a 'wonder' goal in him, can score simple goals, and links play very well.

He's an all round player - much like RVP.

er, why would Lewondowski come to Arsenal?
He is Bayern's top striker and is not yet ready to take a step down in his career.
