The goalkeeper will join up with Hull for their pre-season tour of Portugal after a season long loan was agreed.
This is a good move for Ben as it's about time he went out on loan and gained a bit more experience playing at first team level. I don't think he was ready to play for a Premier League club yet so the Championship is the right level for him IMO.

Good luck to him but he's either going to sign for Hull permanently or go out on loan a few more times to different clubs before leaving, if you're a young goalkeeper at a club and then the club signs another goalkeeper of a similar age to you and put him straight in the first team,as well as another good keeper in his mid to late twenties, the writings on the wall i'm afraid.

Getting games can only be a good thing for him... and us!
