With RVP looking like he will not be playing for us next season, I cant help feeling this coming season is going to be more like 07/08 than last year.
If we can make one big signing to excite the fans and motivate the existing players, we could really fly.
Wilshere and Diaby will be back in the midfield - and that WILL make a difference.
What we need is some luck with injuries.
It went wrong in 07/08 after that awful injury to Eduardo and the mindless mistake by Clichy.
I actually want everyone to write us off - they did it in 07/08 and we were closer then to any time since 03/04 to winning the league.

Forgot about Coquelin
IMO he has to start the majority of games for us. Hope he has a good pre-season so he is physically ready for PL football this time. Last season he picked up two many hamstring strains.

Yup.
If we sign quality attacking midfielder, we'll be stronger than we were last season. I don't understand why people are so worried and negative.
