David Dein on Sky News

Just seen DD on Sky news commenting on the RVP situation.

It seems he's concerned that history will repeat itself (he mentioned Cesc and Nasri) and we will lose players too late to get suitable replacements, as happened last year.

He would know, he's son is the agent of all 3 players.

Kees Vos is the agent of RVP.

Incorrect.

His son is a solicitor and good friend of Van Persie.

Hate it when people try and pot people straight only to be half correct themselves

Close enough, but I think Dein is right but we are slightly in a better position than last year as we have already two players.

We are soon to play Man City soon, we need to sort out our crap before then!

correct me if I am wrong but wasn't the reason we got Giroud and Podolski is to replace RVP as Wenger knew in May that RVP would not sign....??

Possibly, but there are rumours that Theo ,Chamakh and Park could also go which wouldn't leave us in a good position especially if left until mid august.

RVPs agent is Kees Vos

Theo's agent is Colin Gordon.

Darren Dein was Cesc's agent and recommended that he should stay at Arsenal. But Cesc's heart was set on going back home. Even then he helped Arsenal by getting Barca to agree a 50% sell on clause and a buy back clause which means Cesc will come back to Arsenal if he ever decides to leave Barca. Something that is hardly ever agreed by a buying club.

If RVP stays, as is now rumoured it could totally reverse the bad vibe... really important couple of weeks coming up for our club.
