Miller - Bursa

Personally would gladly welcome Miller back, however Bursa saying they will consider this if they get a "serious bid" aye right...

well £400k is serious and the Gers better not pay one penny more(ie what we sold him for) - they are paying a guy £45k a week and he has so far hit 5 goals in 15 and Miller is desperate to return to his family in Scotland

Gers we hold all the aces here - give them a £400k take it or leave it offer, I have a feeling this one may drag on though

and word on the young Spanish defender ???

21 goals to Jan last year - know exactly what we get with him and the perfect partner for a fully fit Jelly - only for 400K on a 2 year deal though ..

Goodwillie - agree with potential but worth the £2mil and baggage ???? all that matters for the OF is winning the league - these 4-5 year plans are nae good

DD I agree completely. Would leave him there to rot, he's a very greedy player and an extremely limited one who has given us the best 6 months he will ever give to any club already.

Got to move forward Gers, there MUST be far better options out there. Never rated Miller very highly throughout his career and his purple patch last season helped greatly towards 3IAR so cheers Kenny, enjoy the next 2 years in Turkey pal.

He made his bed when he decided reject a new deal and to go to Turkey, now he should lie in it. He was brilliant for us last season but thats in the past now. At 31 he's not getting any younger and once his legs do go what else does he have to offer really? I'd much prefer we signed Goodwillie. I rate him highly and hopefully if he sorts himself out he could be brilliant player for us.

I know that might be a wee bit of a tongue in cheek dig but we really need to get past that attitude.

It's what stops us from hardly ever bringing through youngsters and ditching players who a year or two down the line are lighting up another side, picking up caps etc.

Saying that, I'd take Miller on a yearly rolling contract, I wouldn't give him anymore than that though as his game is about pace and we give him a 3 year deal and he loses his legs next season we're screwed.

I'd take Goodwillie if he's cleared. He's probably worth £2mil. We paid that for Whitts and Naisy and they've come good.

remember Lloyds had us by the curlies and the first offer of £400k for Miller and they swallowed it up - the £45k a week did make Miller weak at the knees mind

I am only interested in whats best for the Gers to win the league again and believe Miller has another good 2-3 years for the SPL

Goodwillie - could be another D Ferguson, cracking player but nutcase !!!!
