Tyson Fury

Was surprised to see nothing posted considering he put in an excellent performance at the weekend.

Even though he was up against a guy who has been a fringe/outside contender his whole career at the end of the day you can only beat the man in front of you.

The boy will never be a world beater but seems to come across as a genuinely nice, honest big fella. So I would quite like do see him go as far as possible.

Its also good to see a terrestrial channel back a fighter.

What's your thoughts on the guy?

you want to trade insults with me then fine, as there are plenty of people who come on here to actually talk about boxing with, I can quite easily talk with them

However as Wlad has said he wants to fight Fury then you are blind for saying he is ducking him. Or stupid and unable to understand English.

Now go on explain to me how he will dodge him.

Whos trading insults? I just asked if you were blind because you keep getting in a hissy fit and saying people on here are saying wlad is ducking fury when no one has said no such thing.

Its like having a discussion with Karl Pilkington with you.
I have never said anywhere that Wlad will duck fury, i said he wouldn't fight him because there is nothing in it for him and no real point in taking the risk. Choosing not to waste your time fighting someone in a pointless fight is not ducking, so i'm confused as to who you're saying has said wlad is ducking fury.

I hope one of them do end up fighting Fury or Price as it would be nice for them to actually be given a real challenge and test, i'd expect them to still win but at least Fury/Price would have a chance and it would be interesting to see how Wlad manages to cope fighting against someone that isn't some small fat bum that he can lean on the whole fight.

Seriously, how many times do I have to show you this link before you get that Wlad will probably fight him in the next year, possible two

You are saying he wont fight, I am showing you proof that he wants to and is aiming to.

Why cant you get that?

And again, he owns every belt possible, so there is no real threat in fighting any of them.

You say he would probably win but wont fight him because its a risk...bubbish pure rubbish thats not how he works, he has fought everyone who has stepped up, suddenly he is going to get cold feet because someone looks like s decent prospect...nah, not a chance

and just out of interest, go on explain how not fighting someone because its too much of a risk is not ducking them?

I actually think this level of fight is too early for him. To be fair though the guy fought chisora at a very young age and early stage of his career so he has taken a big jump before.

As you said he knows and has said he ain't ready for wlad but he would jump at the fight if offered

A link don't mean nothing, Wlad can talk all he wants about fighting fury but untill its a signed deal its still in the air, as seen by Vitali constantly saying he wants / wanted to fight Haye then the fight not happening, same with Pac/Mayweather. Just because a fight doesn't happen doesn't mean someone has ducked the other person.

I've never said Wlad will not end up fighting him, i just said in my opinion i don't think the fight will happen as it is a big risk fighting Fury which it is. And i can see where you're thinking if he doesn't fight Fury because of a risk he is ducking him but there's two different ways.

For example, If he declined to fight fury to fight someone else, a better opponent or a more attractive opponent that would produce a more lucrative fight then i wouldn't class that as ducking i'd just say he was taking the more lucrative and better option.

The fact is, Wlad has never really had anyone to duck anyway, the division is that poor, hence why i feel sorry for the Klitchskos that they are going to have to retire with in reality a poor legacy. They have dominated a poor divison and constantly fight small, slow and overweight bums. Just look at Wlad v Thompson last week, it's just pathetic.

I would have liked to have seen Wlad / Vitali v Valuev but obviously that never happened so i'm hoping before they both end up retiring that one of them fights Price or Fury so we can see how they cope now a days with fighting someone that can provide them a proper challenge - a young up and coming hungry fighter who is of similar height, similar physique and similar technique as opposed to a slow old bum who can easily be leaned on and jabbed to death

For me that's the point though.

Price and Fury look to be potentially difficult opponents for them given their size (especially Price because he has a good amateur pedigree and a bit of more class imo).

To fight either or both of them sooner rather than later with benefit the K Brothers, not Price or Fury. The longer the Klitchko's wait the more experience and ring craft the two Brits will gain.and the older and less effective the Klitchko's will become.
