Who is the greatest manager of all time?...

There have been many "great" managers over the years, but who is the best? many contenders in there ie herbert chapman, sir alex ferguson, bill shankly, bob paisley, sir matt busby, brian clough, stan cullis, don revie, jock stein etc (apologies for many missed out) but who do people think is the best? could jose mourinho in time be considered the greatest? please discuss!

As an Arsenal fan, I'd have to hold my hands up, and say Fergie.

He just knows how to win stuff... i suppose the only weakness he has is relative lack of success in Europe, but tbh he would have hav at least one more CL trophy ifit weren't for this unbelievable Barca team!

Don Revie was an incredible manager for us, but his reputation got scarred by the England/ Saudi Arabia fiasco

I think many overlook Howard wilkinson, got us promoted from division 2 before going on to be the last british manager to lift the top division trophy

If judging by trophies then you can't argue against Fergie.
If you look at longevity of a manager at one club whilst keeping that club afloat by producing player after player then Dario Gradi has to have a mention.

i AGREE DARIO GRADI DID A FANTASTIC JOB AT CREWE BUT THE DON PRODUCED SOME OF SCOTTISH FOOTBALLS BEST PLAYERS AS WELL AS SOME ENGLAND LEGENDS
