Terry can clearly be seen to have said what hes accused of saying. There is an arguement that only an idiot would say those words and not mean them. He is obviously trying to prove that hes an idiot. Its his defence.

They should lock up the racist.

I'd love to be in that court room just for the laughter.

It's all in the punctuation really. The QC wanted Terry to speak up so he asked JT to repeat the statement that he was sent off 4 times. What the QC should have said was "can you repeat 4 times please" rather than can you say, please, 4 times". He's still a right d*ck though
