They managed to sell it for me even though I was only renting it at the time.

Are Fudd & Phlapps to be castigated for selling the assets of a now liquidated football club .......................... or is Charles Green the idiot for buying them when he should have known these assets were perfectly entitled to "do walking away" under TUPE regulations?

I'd lean more towards the latter.

So what you are saying is there will be an investigation because Rangers were sold too cheap, but Green is an idiot for paying over the odds for buying Rangers? Great logic.
