Nah due to expire but the point is the we have now lost 2 intergral first team players for less than £2m. Everyone talks about avoiding the tribunal but surely the tribunals are there to protect the clubs in lower leagues from having talent poached. Its BS and worse when this bloody EPPP comes in.

It just seems we are rubbish at negeotiating deals for players- it's just frustrating. The last time we sold a player at market value was AJ!

I knew it was going to be bad when I heard Junior Hoilett was going for less than £4m at tribunal. How are these players valued?

The problem with a tribunal is that it's a bloody lottery, do we take the chance?
I can't see why there isn't a system that you pay x amount for 1st team appearances, x amount for playing at different international levels, add ons for appearances for new club/international level. How hard can that be to work out, and i don't mean the paltry amounts the EPPP plan on paying.
