New season's coming up.
Like last season thinking mid but hoping for playoffs.
Pleased we are back in business bringing players in. A bit worried we have an oldish and probably injury prone squad so may have an ever changing team, but given the circumstances.... No European distraction, but lost some players and tougher competition not sure? Blackburn lost the Yak, Bolton Jaaskelainen, Wolves ?
Would love to see at least 3 more young players brought in - a good young Central Defender to prepare to partner Curtis next year (if we can keep him, maybe make him skipper ?), young attacking left back cover for Murphy and an exciting young striker on loan.
In cloud cuckoo land would also like a good young def midfielder.
Surely we can get some loans from the Prem big boys ? Adam Johnson doesn't get many games these days.

I think we will have to wait until the window closes to see who has the best squad.
As it stands I would say you have better forwards but our defence is better. Davies is better than any defender you have at the club and if Carr stays fit he is the best right back in the league.
We are lacking in midfield at the moment but with the additions of Mullins and Ambrose it is getting back. Fahey and Ambrose in the middle will be a matching for any paid in central midfield

I wish Wolves the best as I do all midlands teams and provided they can regrow morale, which I think got massacred last season after some really dire showings, I think they'll be a good competitive team in play offs at least. They have the advantage of an intact squad and parachute money, but Fletcher and Jarvis more like 10m than 20m surely?
And I'm not sure you'll be able to buy "anyone" you want even if you had the cash (Messi and Ronaldo to take Championship by storm!!!!). Didn't seem to be too easy finding a manager and there's plenty of them out of work. But perhaps you meant any player currently in the Championship?
Hope Roger Johnson recovers his cool. He gave all for Blues, but looked terrible in some of the game.
On another note Franck Quedreue as cover for Murph and CB? Is he too old or could he do a job for us? Discuss.

if you look at us last season there was only 7 games we didnt score so thats not a problem it was our defence
now though we are gettin rid of the crap and are signing a new central defender this week in addition to johnson (in the championship) berra whos good at this level and a fantastic up and coming player called danny batth who was on loan at sheff wed last
add to that a new rb and lb that we are buying and things are looking rosie for us.

Sounds good U it looks like you've got a very big squad too unlike us and I hope Rojo gets back his Mojo except against the Blues of course. It should be a good competitive season. Unlike the EPL where the big boys dominate.

the manager said if you want them they are 10 mill each, then he sat down with them. Both said they were happy to stay so ss said if you want them now its 15 mill, i would rather they stay then sell them.
