As a follow up to the article I posted about the club changing arbitrarily the payment agreement for the season tickets I agreed to purchase.
I am pleased to say that the club have been eminently sensible and helpful. After initially getting nowhere with the ticket office and me sending a follow up Email I was called today by the gracious Racheal Bromiley. She was helpful in the extreme and got straight to the heart of my complaint.
I'm pleased to say that as a result I'm able to pay over the eight months at the original rate I agreed and budgeted for rather than 7 months at a higher rate.
Credit where it's due . And thank you Racheal.
