Does anyone know?

I don't think anyone except the Al hawasi's and the new manager or those interviewed over the last couple of days, actually know who the new manager is going to be. There doesn't seem to be a clear favorite as there has been over the last few manager's, like when Billy, McClaren and to even some extent Cotterill when they were appointed, when we knew a day or two before who the manager was going to be.

Today though, there isn't really a clear favorite and for certain we can't definetly say who will be the new manager. Yes Hoddle is the favorite, but there is nothing concrete to pass that on, and Redknapp is still supposedly in the race, even though he has ruled himself out. The only people winning in this obscurity is the bookies, who must be loving this situation and to some extent i bet they are leaking rumors as well to add to their takings. Rumours as well, I tend not to believe as these supposed "sources" are always a friend of a friend who is in the know, but i bet if you went to that supposed friend, they would pass you on again to their supposed friend who knows a friend. Now I know the folly of this from just over a week ago, when i know someone who knows Chettle personally asked him if he knew the new owners would be and he had no idea. Now if Steve Chettle doesn't know inside information at Forest when he works there in a genuine important capacity, then how is Betty in the tea shop or uncle John Kobbly who rode passed on his bike going to have any more "inside information".

My point being, is that this time at least i don't think anyone except the manager's who were being interviewed themselves and the Al hawasi's know who the new manager is going to be, and we are just going to have to wait and see who the new manager will be, as there is as much chance that it could be someone who hasn't really been mentioned yet as it could even be for the favorite!
