Arsenal fan in peace
I hardly come down here to post anything(last time was to commensurate with Defoe when his pop passed) but I decided to do so today because I wanted to wish your ex-captain good luck in all his future endeavors. He was a great servant to your team & i sincerely wish him the very best.
He was both decent & awful against us in NLD but as i firmly believe that life goes well beyond football, i can only say, "Nice one, Mr King"
King retires!!!

Thanks for your words. A real shame his career was blighted by injuries and that it ended this way. However, the second half of the season showed the game was moving on without him.
Arsenal away, in particular, was painful to watch him play

Nice touch.

lawrento - nice words. Ledders often saved his best for the North London derby, and it's a pity from a Spurs perspective that his last appearance in one was to be in that inexplicable collapse at th Emirates in February. For all that, he was a true Spurs legend and your thoughts are appreciated.
