What test matches will you remember, be it from a personal experience or with it being just a great match?
Edgbaston in 2005 and Lara's test when he made 153no to win the game against the dominant Aussies are two that spring to mind.

For me the Test match in the dark in Karachi will always be with me - from my own point of view (and we all have different opinions) this was the beginning of the modern England team that we have today - it was also the first time that Pakistan were beaten there - so history was made - it was also a victory for sportsmanship - with Pakistan trying every trick in the book hence England still batting in the dark.
4th test v west Indies 95 stands out for the Dom Cork hat trick for some reason - the days of BBC - I was watching from the stairs - trying to walk up them but he kept taking wickets

One of my earliests memories was the dominic's corks hat trick. If i recall correctly was Carl Hooper his hat trick ball?
a class game for me was Athers 185 in Joburg. I dont know how long he batted but it seemed like almost 2 days..

Yes, Thorpe and Nasser seeing us home is an iconic moment in English cricket history.

The funny thing is Ginger - I didnt watch it live - I was in my car listening to TMS - the commentry was awesome - I was laughing out loud at the commentators describing Pakistan saying they couldnt see the ball - I dont think Ive ever got so animated over radio commentary before or since (actually Cardiff 2009 the last hour was the same - i listened to that on the radio as well) when the last runs were scored - definatly Iconic
