Roque come home

Apparently he wants to stay in the NW.

Anyone reckon he could do a job for us. He seems to have his fitness back.

If his wage demands are reasonable (for a footballer!) then I would have him back. Reckon he could link well with Murphy?

Roque or Nuno Gomes up from with Best or Goodwillie? Now I'm excited...

If it helps I'll drive him there

He was crap when we had him back on loan. He was a 1 season wonder in an amazing team, he'll never replicate that season again.

A bit harsh SKA. He is far better than a one season wonder, but sadly injuries have taken their toll and it would now be a major gamble having RSC on big money playing cards with Grella.

Has Grella STILL not gone? I thought his contract would have expired by now

Provided it was Roque mk.1 and not the Roque Horror Show who showed up during the last loan, yes I would definitely have him back.

On form he is one of the best Rovers strikers I have ever seen. Despite Kean's tutelage I think he could do a job for us.

No and No again Kean don't even think about it .RSC was a 1 season wonder not good enough but i do think we need a finisher

The lad has bags of ability and its sad to see what injuries have done to a potentially stellar career. However we've already tried this once and it didn't work. Maybe the drop in league would make it easier for him but he'd also have to take about an 80% cut in his current wage to make it a worthwhile gamble for us.

Santa Cruz is a class act, but you need to play to his strengths. He's as good in the air as anyone I've seen, give him a couple of crossing wingers (Bentley and Pedersen) and he'll have a field day.

Not like Kean could figure that out though.

Probably better that he sticks to signing a load of Portugese nobodys.
