Middlesborough......

are looking at Ishmael Miller. Mowbray wants either him or Simon Cox before they fly out for pre seaon on monday.

I'm thinking 16,000 grand a week and injury prone.
Maybe we should go for Simon Cox? He would probably want loads per week as well.
I don't know. Forest need to get their finger out and make some changes to the squad.

Derbyshire

I'd rather have Silenzi back, but fingers crossed he can improve. Well he can't get any worse

I'm hoping SoD can get something out of both D****shire and McGoldrick. He'll be able to more than SC did but it'll be a tough job.

Hats off to SoD if he can, but I won't hold my breath (and this coming from an eternal optimist!)

Just read somewhere Derbyshire was really ill last season so I'd give him a chance.
Not sure about McGoldrick though.

Derbyshire was also completely ignored by Cotterill according to what I heard. I think both have something to offer and have played well in the past. They need to be in the right system though. From what I read about SoD playing passing football and wanting players to create space they might come good. I agree though Hoons and am not holding my breath.

.... well Derbyshire did go and set up a fake twitter account just to slag off Cotterill, so things can't have been too rosey between them
Let's hope SoD is a better suit, and he finally comes good! Can't imagine anyone disliking SoD for that matter - makes a change for a Forest manager to be universally liked

Blackstock, Miller, and Derbyshire could all have good seasons for us I think. Derbyshire is a good player, I have no doubts, but I think he needs to played a very particularly way and with a passing team I can see him succeeding.

I think we can happilly lose McGoldrick and Tuds though. And I'm 50/50 on Findlay.

Findley needs to get some more confidence then I think he will come good.

Findley is fine, he's just got an awful first touch. He's good as an impact player off the bench.

Yeah, he's one of those players that you know could be good, he just needs a decent run in the team to build his confidence up! Whenever I hear his name tho I can't help but think of that miss against leicester away!
