Snodgrass was promised lots of ambition this summer by the manager and so far we've only delivered mainly midtable signings, he can't be blamed for leaving.

He's nearly 25. he could have left us years ago if he was truly mercenary, but if he's was ever going to make it in the prem he had to go now at his age, good luck to him!
