Like southern, like the way he plays, like his attitude...has the "legs" not to just be a "holding player"... hopefully our euro 2012 experience of having holding players who never get forward has taught us something???

What do you reckon your chances are this season Owls? If their takeover doesnt happen there is a very real possibility both of our teams could end up above Leeds in the League!

Well I'm fairly optimistic for the new season after the cracker of last year. However a large part of our promotion push towards the end was with loan players, Antonio Ranger Treacy for example. It's crucial we sign Antonio as he is one of the best players I've seen at Hillsborough for a while.
Not that we are a one man team but if we sign him that could change our season significantly.

We're still short of a promotion squad at the moment, but if we make the 5 signings Jones' has eluded to, we could make the play offs. 2 wingers 1 CM 1 CB and 1 striker would do nicely.
