West Ham Academy has been awarded a Category ONE status by Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP). Currently, there are only 5 other clubs have this status.
With the amount of money Spurs spent, would anyone know which Category their academy is in (if at all they have one)?

Yes, Chelsea struggled so badly in Europe last season.
Big teams are not part of the academy rating system.
