Personally, the vulture in me has been keeping tabs on a few of the teams at the bottom for a while now. I was wondering which of their players we could snap up to strengthen our squad for next year, if they did end up relegated.

I would take any of them appart from Green and Parker..
Green = he is a calamity.
Parker = too old and not worth the money.

Sturrigde is still a Chelsea player, and I wouldn't call them a 'lesser' club.

Hhmmm, if this was the 'lesser club' Kwik-e Mart, I'd plump for Foster, Dann, Samba and Sturridge. I like N'Zogbia, but he's far from a stabilising force to have in the dressing room. Or maybe I just have him pegged wrong. Joey Barton falls into the same category too for me. Decent player, but I don't want him near the Villa.
