Found an article discussing the history of the universe (including Leeds) on the Man Utd board and it brought up the obvious God debate.
There was a link to this article in regards to the horrible shootings a couple of weeks ago.

Not wanting to wind anyone up about their faith, but I think that the first comment on the page perfectly sums up gods position in the modern world. One of the best counters to the miricle argument I have ever heard.
Anyway, I know its a bit serious, but thought a debate on this might give us a break from the usual Sevco talk.
Try and keep it light so that admin will let the article stay up.

Not really a Delilo fan, find him and Paul Auster too 'wordy'.
But then I am mourning the passing of Maeve Binchy.

Q
I got the trilogy for my 14 year old laddie 2 weeks ago, he's read the 1st and is half way through the 2nd...I'm pondering using it for my loo book.

I went shooting when I was in the states (not at a school or cinema, just to clarify).
Have to say it was great fun and would recommend it to anyone. But it can't be every lunatics right to own a gun - crazy.
