All very good defenders (contrary to popular belief) and all four could play in midfield if need be. With Mashcerano and Busquets both capable in defence and midfield, the fluidity would be insane!
And were not even mentioning Xavi, Iniesta, Cesc, Messi, Villa, Pedro yet.

I wouldnt say that it would take it to a whole new level.
But the inclusion of Agger, who is a similar player to Piqué (or vice versa) it would allow barca to effectively use a Dani Alves type of player on the left (Alba) considering Agger can also cover for LB.
I'd say it would only make them more dynamic and efficient than what they are in their current system.

i'd rather see agger in a barcelona shirt than a man city shirt next season thats for sure
