Stuart Pearce

We lost to a team with Park Chu Young as their star player! How?

He is an awful manager. Got lucky to get to a Euro Champ U-21 final, and his team were humiliated.

So team England and Wales lost. What a joke. Why no Scottish manager who are the best in the UK. Unreal!

Scottish manager ie Moyes, with that GB team, and a medal was garunteed.

When will FA sack Pearce? It's only due to his patriotism he's still in.

Awful manager, one of the worst to ever live

All the good Scottish are managers of clubs and wouldn't leave due to preparations for new seasons. I think they should have picked a younger coach who has potential, fresh ideas who maybe is a reserve team manager or youth coach. Surely their employing club would allow them time off for Olympics. It's better than using the same old dross who fail time and time again!

Strachan? He wasn't working, surely better than Pierce, the guy was put in place due to English FA future. I didn't support of watch GB football because of it. EPL is dominated by Scottish or foreign managers, but let's put an Englishman in charge who has never watched a game outside the EPL probably ever (except CL) A joke!

I'm afraid Pierce didn't do his chances of getting a decent manager's job any good with his team's performance today. If it had only been this one game, it could be overlooked but he has been treading on thin ice for some time now.

Does show that there is a semblance of sanity at FA headquarters in that they didn't give him the England job even though he probably wouldn't have done any worse than Hodgson.

Another case of a very good player failing to repeat that success as a team boss.

Too many 'jobs for the boys' these days.

Totally awful manager, awful selections, awful tactics - got what he deserved. Hope he never gets anywhere near a coaching role for England again.

Beckham, I am sure, will be quietly laughing at him
