Is anybody else really fed up of transfer speculation? More and more days seem to pass in the transfer window with no real conformation of us sorting any deals out.
I do think we could do with one or two players to make our squad really strong, does anybody truely expect to be any news in the next few days or weeks?
Personally i think we won't sign anybody, just our luck makes me think this.
Fed up of transfer window!

I've been fed up with the transfer window for the last 3 years tbh. I don't look forward to it or get excited anymore.
I suspect this is probably for three reasons (in no particular order):
1) I don't really understand Fergie's transfer policy anymore - I used to understand and be on board with pretty much everything he did but I must admit he has had me puzzled in the last 2-3 years. It's not that I don't trust him anymore (I'm hardly going to lose faith after 25 years) it's just that I don't always get what he's up to nowadays.
2) Our policy of only signing young players means that there is much more of a delay to the gratification of new transfers. I.e. the pay-off/satisfaction is in years to come - you're not expecting great things straight away so there is less of a buzz about the players we sign. It's always gratifying to see them come good but half the time I've never heard of our new signings these days so I am curious more than excited.
3) There are so many sources of information these days that the Bullshometer has gone off the scale. So much garbage spread daily that you can't tell the excrement from Shinola. And there's little point in trying. Not sure exactly when twitter came to prominence but I suspect there is a correlation with my dwindling interest/appetite for transfer "news"..

I don't see what all the fuss is about; ignore transfer speculation, don't concern yourself with deals being done or not, whoever is in the squad at the end of August are the players we have to go with and you then get behind them and cheer them on as always.
Works for me, don't know what the problem is!!!
