A most learned poster was discussing the very judge who was reviewing the case whilst posting on cqn. He, to my interpretation only said he was thorough and fair.
Even if rangers win the case, how would that improve things?

Aye they investigate, pass their findings to the spl, who if they feel the findings regard anymore action will appoint an independent commission.

As I said, I can't see Harper MacLeod jeopardising their reputation as an esteemed law firm over a couple of football teams. They'll give their honest, professional opinion.

Who, in their right mind(apart from Craig'our hero' would offer professional advice based on bigoted prejudices in a case involving rangers?
