Is he limiting Bertrand's development?
Bertrand is ready, Cole still has a few seasons left in him, also Josh could be ready but Lampard or Mikel is in the way. How would it play out, what hope for our youths especially under RDM.

I wasnt impressed with Bertand for team GB. But he was playing with a terrible back four.

Cole will help him, hes still a good LB. But he is definately declining the past 2 seasons IMO. I wouldn't be surprised if we're all shouting for Bertrand to start over Cole by the end of this season

Lampards holding back Josh not Mikel.

Josh would be a little more ready if we could manage the youth a bit better!
