Massive Game Tonight For Us

Morning Troops

Well big game tonight and the big question is will we turn up, I have read the articles on Lennon s comments on the plastic pitch, now yes agree that this is a massive advantage, but bottom line there is nothing we can do about it.

I just hope Brown is fit for tonight as need him in the middle to help take the game to them. Now the first leg I know we were at home but we took the game to them and better finishing we could have been 3 or 4 goals up, so for me we need the same attitude tonight

The front 2 on Saturday for me were very poor, Hoooper is a lazy bass but he can score a goal, were Stokes well shocking would be the word I would use and can see him on the bench tonight.

Defence Izzy worries me as the last two games he has looked a shadow of the player he was in his first season for us, and there first goal I would say was his fault. Now we need a early goal to put them under the cosh. So we will see tonight how much these bhoys want to make european football this season, as if we go out then it will be a long season, with question being asked is Lennon the man to take Celtic forward

Come on Celtic s Green And White

There seems to be a belief that its OK for Celtic to pay 20k + and have a squad of 30 + because of Europe but when Rangers try to get their squad to a reasonable size and pay 5k to compete in Div 3/2, Sc and LC its wasteful......bit one sided , no !?

"We did well in Moscow a few years back on this surface. "

3-0 Helsinki 2nite I've got on. Fancy Celtic to attack early, ship a goal and need to attack then caught caught on the break a couple of times and lose by a few

Still got a Europa qualifier if 2nite goes diddies up though, eh?

the good news for us was they were on the backfoot for most of the game and there defence didn't scare me, now I fancy us to score tonight but its how our defence do

Plastic pitch shouldn't bother us as we train on one, so for me its about 2 things 1..... how we approch the game with the right attitude, 2......that our strikers learn to find the net, a goal early on for us will put them under the cosh, but then the same for them a early goal puts the preasure right back on us

It's very well poised and could even go the distance.

But I just have a feeling it will be another disappointing away game where an early goal sets a precedent and it's downhill from there.

I never seen the 1st game and won't see tonight's game but I heard Celtic had plenty chances to put it to bed in the 1st leg so that might come back to haunt you. If they get an early goal and can afford to play on the break, their match sharpness and familiarity with the surface could start to cause real problems.

That was it they didn't have match sharpness considering they have played 15 games more than us, at Parkhead they looked the more tired, and there coach said they are not user to that attcking from a team, so for me this is the way we should play tonight <ok.

Yes we don't have a great away record but for me this is a chance to prove his doubters wrong
