So pleased that we havn't used the loan market, i hate loan player, in MY option they are not playing for the club, therefore the don't play for the badge. If we bring in another striker and right wing. thing are coming together.
NW said he will have to use the youth players, i hope he does. were looking a lot better than this time last year, 4 days
no loans

No, like Lichaj, Johnson, Gibbs, Ramsey (now that he'll be benched)

we wont get any of them though

Never said we would, said I wouldn't turn them down.
I'd stick a punt on Ramsey - not really what Arsenal need right now

IS ramsay what we need though, we've just signed 3 central midfielders on long contracts

the loan market should be used to get quality players from the premier league, o'brien didn't do badly while he was on loan and mcartney was vital for west ham last season, the loan market can be a useful asset but you need to know how to use it which grayson didn't

Can Ramsay not play RM? I dont mean right wing. I mean right midfield that is slowly a midfielder that can pump balls into the box from midfield, not wide right?

We are looking a thousand times worse than we were this time last year and we have a significantly poorer manager.
How can't some ostriches see this?

Why even talk about Ramsey? No chance in hell.
I don't mind a loanee, as long as it's for a whole season, like Doyle in League One. But when we get them for 3 months, they are usually terrible.

Loans have been tainted for us by Grayson but they are still a useful tool to get a quality player for relatively cheep (they are not free as we are likely to pay wages and some nominal fee).
what you want is young players who are looking to prove something to thier current manager.
Look at the Tom Lees situation - young decent Championship CB loaned out to League 2 outfit. He shone for them and as a result got into the Leeds team.
Or Lansbury to Norwich and West Ham in thier promotion seasons
If you look to the loan market what you need is a young player (forward or RW) who is eager to prove himself to his current manager.
Problem is i cannot think of a good, realistic, example at the moment...
... Possibly a good Everton youngster like Ross Barclay (AM/RW) but not sure
