lancs, we had our chances to beat Italy, they beat us by 1 goal, I thought they were fortunate to do that.

In fact it was even luckier, they beat us on penalties!

LIW I saw england win the world cup in 1966 when I was a very young lad we were all celebrating in the street and my dad getting rather drunk on mackeson beer, since then we have not improved over the years and we will never will in fact we will end up like scotland the way things are going in the premier league with all these foreign imports at some of the clubs which is stopping young talent coming through
