Welcome all- Here`s to next year!

16 out of 20 Premiership Clubs last year made losses- Collectively £484 million and despite record TV deals and Prem Money.

It has to be time to have a Salary Cap in Football and all incentives based around performance and appearance.

Question 1 - Which Club had highest turnover in Prem at £382 million.
Question 2- Which 4 clubs made profit last year

Average Wage Bills across the 20 clubs are £70 million- We went pop with a £53 million wage bill.

This cannot be sustained and New Rules will put a stop to clubs posting high losses. With big penalties being introduced.

Clubs like West Ham - Trying to compete and failing miserably alienating their fanbase in the process.

Championship football is a much more level playing field and much more enjoyable with Proper fans/better atmosphere and local players on show.

Not sure how Leeds would cope with KB at the helm- expectation from the fans- our current wage bill of £7.7 million would be difficult to maintain- MOT

Not True - £7.7 miilion was in last accounts- we have trimmed the wage bill since releasing our biggest earners Michalik, Robinson and Beckford.

Show me some evidence of £20 miilion wage bill TC.

Well in 2008/9 it was 12.3million

2009/10 It increased 22.7% = £15M, AND IF Ken Bates is to be believed, it went up another 25% last season - you do the maths!!

Yet Paynter is on £3k per week more than Beckford was, Schmeichael is on more than Robinson & Michalik put together. You were paying 50% of Watt's £12k per week wages, McCormack £10k per week, OBrien £11k per week, not sure about Lloyd Sam, but I know he was on £9k per week at Charlton
Nunez, Lichaj, Bannan, Bessone & Connoly would have commanded Championship wages (at least £7k per week)

So please - do behave

You made all of that up quite clearly- Put some facts behind your statements.Bates runs a very tight ship in terms of wages you should know that by now- Its why Kilkenny and Johnson have not signed new contracts- Bates and Harvey work on a very tight wage structure overall but keep spouting the opposite.
