The last football club i bought shares in were milwall. Never again, that's all i can say.

It's like betting on a team you despise really. You don't want them to succeed but it softens the blow if they do. Win-win situation.

You are right, it's nothing but business. But would you invest in Man city, Leeds or will it be a right move for Arsenal fan invest into Spurs and vice versa ?

Well it depends how serious you are about your club, business should always come first as its your livelihood. Football should be second, but the shares for United don't even have dividends they're pretty shît

no dividends, no voting power, no debt repayment, looks a very bad investment to me

Just give your money to charity - The profit will be the same but at least you'll feel better about yourself.

Not really a sin. You can put your money where you like, its an investment.
