It's going to be tough for Torres and it's going to be a test to see if he's up to standard against them two powerhouses.
I have no clue what City's line up will be but know it's going to be tough to overcome.
Marin is injured, so i would start Mata, he knows the players it's not like he's new and he doesn't need match fitness he's played the whole olympics.

TBK, Mata only played 4 mins in Euro's .
I'm hoping the challenge of City will snap us into action after an otherwise poor pre-season.

As a CF? ATM Torres should be first choice CF but Sturridge (and Fernando himself) will make sure his place is by no means certain.
However I definitely would not want Sturridge starting as our striker against City. I'm guessing we'll be pretty defensive
