Rodwell is a strange signing.

Don't you mean Adam Johnson?

What, on the way out, or not living up to hype?

Did anybody read this article? Doesn't say a single thing about RVP staying with us.

I only want van Persie to stay if he sign a new contract. Otherwise we should sell him.

Imo it would be a bad mistake to have him around give him the armband and waiting until January. This would poisen the atmosphere within the team.

Elchico, can you tell us ALL where it states that he'll be staying at Arsenal!

Thanks...

How do these newspapers have the cheek to run headlines like that with quotes that don't back it whatsoever? Do they think we are idiots?

Do they think we are idiots?

Judging by the amount of conclusion jumping on this thread the answer is yes, and they're not wrong.

Hmm I always thought this did not make any sense, united signing a player who can only go down for so much. Logic has finally returned hopefully. This is a city transfer. That city has avoided splashing on the highest league goal scorer (this while mancini is constantly whining) should bug more people that it actually does.
______________

That's possibly because many reports have stated that RVP does not want to play for City. That's as good a reason as any for City not bothering to bid.

That and the fact that they have around 62 strikers on their books already!
