Midfeild three sorted?

our midfield three i believe looks great on past states can this season be the season were we have all three players on fire? we have to admit that captain fantastic hasn't been himself due to injuries and so but he had a great euro and hopefully this season you can prove that he still has them powerful matches. lucas leiva hopefully plays as well as he did last season pre-injury and then we have new man allen? his passing and movement maybe what he lacked?

replacements to be honest i believe hendo will come good he is young and has a massive engine. shelvey some real promise in him hopefully gets some more game time this season.

Id love a front 3 of Borini Suarez Dempsey

So much hard work, but they have skill/technique and know where the goal is. If BR wants to play pressing high up then those 3 would work wonders whilst also proving efficient when having the ball and attacking.

i wouldn't mind taking someone like A.johnson on loan from city thats if they would i downing will suprise us this season also under BR

Adam Johnson is pony, if you think Downing is inconsistent why the eff would you want Johnson? They are on the same level imo both play same position both from same club bit of a coincidence.

Yup i'm genuinely happy with our midfield. I have confidence in Adam, Henderson and Shelvey to provide cover, Spearing not so much but maybe BR can work his magic on the lad.

Dempsey would be my first choice to add upfront, the balance then would be outstanding.

I am happy so far with how the team is shaping up. I still dread injuries to key players though as I still don't believe we have adequate cover. It will be nice to be proved wrong if it happens but I really hopes it doesn't.
