Was at the game. Ando was good, Powell also put himself about and looks to be an all action CM. He looked excellent.

Bebe looked good as well but had to play wide, whilst Macheda was garbage as usual.

Scholesy provided them with the assist for their goal and I was very impressed with Adnan Januzaj who plays like David Silva and has an excellent left foot.

Fletch also came on to a standing ovation, still looks frail but it was good to see him.

The lad Blackett also looks good, we have some quality players coming through

I wish I could share your optimism, but I just feel it wont be long until he tears a ligament and is out for 4 months.

I'm with you bloodred. Plus I didn't even think he played that well considering the (lack of) quality of the opposition. He did ok.

I stuck up for Ando for years but he has to prove himself categorically this season. No more excuses. No more "glimpses" of what he can do. He needs to be consistent and he needs to do it when it really matters.

I hope it is finally Ando's year but if he fails to keep Scholes out of the team this season then he should be sold next summer imo as it would just go to show that he is not the right player for us.
