In light of the debate this morning and afternoon surrounding who we would like next summer from Arsenal.
I wanted to have a vote as to who is better, Cleverley or Wilshere.
5 Stars - Wilshere by a distance
4 Stars - Wilshere if he can recover form and fitness
3 Stars - Cleverley is not a bad player, just not as good as Wilshere
2 Stars - Cleverley
1 Star - Both are too injury prone
I'm voting 5 Stars by the way. Wilshere is quality.
Cleverley vs Wilshere

I figured it was a work thing, i dont blame you for taking an opportunity available to you but this is a problem with the emirates and sport in general
Too many fans priced out because of corporate nobb'eds
(no offence busby)

Nah you're right, that's what ruins the atmosphere.

Wilshere has shown better defensive skills than Cleverley so far. Wilshere has a greater range to his passing (superb at long range), the ability to control games (something Cleverley has yet to show) and more skill in terms of holding the ball and moving with it.
Cleverley is quicker and thinks quicker than Wilshere, is more intelligent in forward areas, is more of a goal threat and is a crisper passer of the ball on the deck.
They are very different types of player (Wilshere is a classy deep-lying playmaker and Cleverley is an all action attacking box to box player similar in role to Scholes in the late 90's to early 00's) but could make a good partnership if Wilshere was allowed to play with more freedom to get forward.
Both are already excellent players that'll hopefully improve with experience.

Ah these articles. Back when United were relevant

I think the current champions of England are relevant. When were Arsenal last relevant again? I'm running out of fingers.

Certainly. And yet both will probably go to the WC.

Probably bookmarked by people who have nothing better to do than try and prove a point. Or hold a grudge.
