One of the most under rated players of recent (ish) times.At his peak with us he was in my opinion one of the best midfielders I have seen at ER since my first game in 85.
Why bring this up now I hear you call .... I was just watching some clips on you tube of past Leeds games end he cropped up a couple of times which started me thinking of how good that team could have been with the right board and manager... Ah well would swap them days with these though..

The strength in depth was incredible, if that team could have made the breakthrough, we'd have seen 3/4 titles at least.

He was a massive player for us.
He was our Keane/Vieira.
We actually started really well under Venables, things only started to go wrong when Dacourt was out of the team.
