From Talksport, but still...
Valencia have rejected a mammoth offer from Tottenham to sign their star striker Roberto Soldado, according to reports in Spain.Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas is desperate to bolster his attacking options, with Jermain Defoe currently the only senior striker at his disposal after the failure to agree a permanent deal for Emmanuel Adebayor.Valencian paper Superdeporte claim that Spurs have offered to pay Soldado's €30million buyout-clause, but the Spanish side are determined to keep hold of the 27-year-old.Soldado scored 27 goals in all competitions for Valencia last season, with his 17 goals in La Liga helping his side to a third-place finish. That caught the attention of Tottenham but, with the player himself keen to remain at the Mestalla, Villas-Boas will be forced to continue his search for a new striker elsewhere.
Could be bs. But at least it's a new rumour...

I'm not too sure Valencia would turn down €30M for Soldado.

If they match the buyout clause then they can't turn the bid down. The player can speak to any team matching his buyout price, so it must have been the player that's turned them down!
