Steps up for us? I mean we all know the kid has hot some talent but at times last year he was so frustrating. He would be two men but then not be able to pick out a simple pass or he would not be clinical enough in front of goal. However after seeing gervinho in pre-season(only pre season I know) but he seems to have worked a lot on his final ball. I mean his goal against cologne was class. I just have a feeling this year might be a year that gervinho suprises us with.
Also a lot of reports saying Walcott has signed a four year deal.<ok.>

Gervinho will have a good season, he not only needs to improve his final ball but his decision making, sometimes he hogs the ball too much other than making the simple pass! But lets hope he will be a danger this coming season!

Always rated Gervinho. He had a decent start, but like so many, came back from the ACON in holiday mode and never really snapped out of it.
He's got some serious attributes to his game and is the most direct attacker in the team. If he's given a chance and can actually knuckle down I don't see any reason why he can't be a success, it's down to him.
