My Season Predicitions..

My Season predictions, trying to be as realstic as possible..

Top 6:

1. City
2. Utd
3. Arsenal
4.Chelsea
5. Liverpool
6. Spurs

Relegated:
18. Norwich
19. West Brom
20. Wigan

FA Cup - Utd

Capital One Cup - Spurs

Champions League - Barcelona

Europa League - Inter or Ourselves

Top Scorer - Aguero (and he'll go on to win PFA)

Think City will win the league, always easier after you've won the first one and whilt Utd have just bought Van Persie, I can see Tevez being a nuisance and forming a season long partnership with Aguero - as glimpses wre shown at the end of the last season, with Utd close second. Arsenal I still think will do well, even without RVP, but I think they'll struggle without a serious title bid but comfortably finish 3rd. Chelsea are the weakest of the four, not all there defensively and I feel RDM may feel pressure if results don't happen early on.
Have a good feeling we'll do much better if everything clicks into place, even though i've placed us above Spurs I do think it can easily be the other way around, be a close call but we'll show much improvement with Suarez scoring 20+.

Wigan have to go down sometime surely?
I like them but think this year will be their final season for a few in the premier league, with Norwich and West Brom joining them.

I can see us getting to the final of the EL, looks like BR will take it pretty seriously and I fancy our chances.

Your thoughts/predictions?

Agree with Norwich and WBA going down. Have a feeling Swansea will struggle as well, I don't rate Laudrups managerial ability.

Top 2 is a pretty safe bet, then the next 4 will be Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Spurs (hopefully in that order).

Champions League, I think Real will finally do it.

FA Cup and League cup are hard to call, assume one of the top 6 will win it, but it depends on draw and how seriously they each take it.

Top Scorer, Torres (seriously!)

Championship, Bolton
League 1 Sheff Utd
League 2 Chesterfield
Conference Dartford

City won't retain the title, Wenger never managed it and he had a much better team in the "Invincibles" than City have got now. And he's a much better manager. Winning it is easy, keeping it not so much.

Toughest one to call for me is 3rd and 4th. I think RDM was lucky in that Chelsea's league form was masked by The FA Cup and CL wins. Arsenal are difficult, it's all dependant on how the new signings bed in, and how they react to losing RVP. Fans and pundits seem to be assuming that Podolski, Giroud and Carzola will hit the ground running.

As for us. I think 5th is the best we can hope for, and that'd represent progress. I'm happy with the signings of Allen and Borini. I just hope that us lot on here have a bit of patience, and don't lose the plot at the first sign of results not going our way.
