Fox Player was working all right. Try emailing customerservices@performgroup.com
for technical support. I agree, the new website is poor.

That's the exact same word for word email I had longtimefox. The same computer generated rubbish that had no effect at all not to mention it was a computer that hadn't been on that website before. Will see if it works on Tuesday night. Be furious if it doesn't as there is no where else you can listen to radio Leicester.

I had great difficulty getting onto Foxplayer yesterday but it did work. Took at least 5 min. Clicking on Foxplayer produced nothing. I went into the site and fiddled with highlights and interviews until the "sign-in" box popped up. There have been complaints about the site in the Leicester Mercury. Foxplayer was difinitely running yesterday but it was hassle. Might try to ring the club and moan. Apparently website is under the control of the Football League. Don't ask me why.

Highlights and interviews etc worked but it just said match commentary offline was so slow as well. If it doesnt work next time I will cancel it.

Very, very odd because I picked up the commentary. Try ringing the club because they will not want to lose paying subscribers.

I have sent an email to the customer services department at the Cuty website with links to this page and the Leicester Mercury. Suggest others do the same. Send to customerservices@performgroup.com

This was the LCFC reply. Not very helpful.
