Classic Kean

So Kean believes the best way to answer the critics and silence the board is by drawing with a team that finished 15th in the Championship the previous season.

At least he hasn’t set the bar too high then…

New season, new league, new players…..same verbal diarrhoea being spouted from our manager

Pleasingly it appears that Kean is on the defensive and having to justify his existance. If correct he has to accrue 16 points from the first 21 available, he now needs to get 5 wins out of the next 6 games to achieve that. No chance at all of that happening so we can watch with interest how this early part of the season goes.

Dreading the home game on Wednesday at a barren Ewood Park. We have fallen so far in a very short space of time.

We have fallen so far in a very short space of time.

Was thinking exactly that after the Ipswich game. 2 years ago we were the 10th best team in England, on Saturday we played the worst side I've seen in a long time and just about scraped a draw against them.

Well i think you maybe surprised to be honest,,i noticed on Saturday and they did give the away attendance on the screen at Ipswich which was 1062,,very simular to the away game at Norwich last season ,,maybe around 100 down on that one,,when i picked my away tickets up at the store,i asked the girl how ticket sales were going and she said although down on last season but not be a long way,,so i reckon it may surprise a few people,,what will not surprise a few people is the performance we will put on,we will be dire believe me on that one.also i still beliee we have to drop further before we turn this corner.

I like how Kean described our performance as Athletic, which it wasn't ... by quite a way .... i'd go as far as saying our lack of fitness cost us the game, we were slow (except for kazim richards until he tired around an hour in), Kean didn't react as we dropped deeper and deeper allowing a very fit yet untalented Ipswich side back in the game.

I like how he blamed the yellow cards Murphy and Etuhu were carrying (so they couldn't get stuck in and we had to drop deeper)...

how about make a substitution then you complete tool?

There is no excuse for having an unfit side, always a sign of poor management. Hopefully QPR keep getting hammered and we finally get shut of kean and get hughesy back. A man can dream.......a man can dream.
